VerveX AI ("we", "us") provides AI receptionist and website services to Australian businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it. We keep it in plain English because that is how we do everything.

What we collect

This website itself does not use contact forms or collect personal information through the page. The buttons open your own SMS app.

How we use it

To provide and improve the services you have asked for, to send you job summaries and service updates, and to process payments. That is it. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our services, including AI voice infrastructure (such as Retell AI), payment processing (Stripe) and website hosting. These providers only receive what they need to perform their function, and some may store data outside Australia. We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. Call recordings and transcripts are retained only as long as needed to provide the service and maintain quality, after which they are deleted.

Access and correction

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Text or email us and we will sort it.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will do our best to fix it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
