Terms of Service

These terms cover the services offered by VerveX AI ("we", "us"): AI receptionist setup and management, and website builds. By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. Plain English, no tricks.
1. The services
- Website in a Day: a one-page professional website plus Google Business Profile setup, delivered within 24 hours of us receiving the information we need from you.
- AI Receptionist: a one-time install fee covers building, training and testing an AI receptionist for your business. An ongoing monthly fee covers your dedicated number, all call handling, job summaries and our maintenance of the service.
2. Payment
Install and website fees are payable upfront before work begins. The monthly service fee is billed by subscription from your go-live date. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
3. Cancellation
There is no lock-in contract. You can cancel the monthly service at any time by text or email. On cancellation, the receptionist service switches off at the end of your current billing period, your dedicated number is released, and your phone's call handling returns to exactly how it was. Install and website fees are one-time and non-refundable once work has been delivered, as they cover work already performed.
4. What you're responsible for
- Giving us accurate business information (services, prices, hours, service area) and telling us when it changes.
- Setting up call forwarding on your phone with our guidance. Carrier charges for forwarded calls, if any, are between you and your carrier.
- Reviewing job summaries. The receptionist captures details; confirming and doing the job is yours.
5. What we don't promise
We promise a professionally built and maintained service. We do not guarantee any particular number of calls, bookings, jobs or revenue, because your phone ringing depends on your market, not our software. AI receptionists are very good but not perfect; occasionally a call may be handled imperfectly, and we fix issues promptly when flagged.
6. Service availability
The receptionist service relies on third-party telephony and AI infrastructure. Rare outages beyond our control can occur; during any outage, unanswered calls fall back to your phone's normal behaviour. We will never bill you for a month materially affected by an extended outage on our side.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the previous three months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill.
8. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
